Water deregulation occurs in April 2017, now is the time for us to be auditing water invoices and getting everything ready in order to take full advantage of the changes in the water industry. If you have not already done so, could you please email or post to us a copy of one water bill for each account you have. If you have received any commutations from your current water provider with regards to SPiD number (this is a unique identifier much like MPAN or MPR) then could that also be forwarded to us.
